Ready to "Explode" in Cairo - Clueless in Washington

It was a bad day for Egypt, and a bad day for the Obama Administration. First CIA Chief Leon Panetta declared that Mubarak "will likely step down today". Within hours, Mubarak announced that he will stay on until September. That's what we get for billions of taxpayer dollars on "intelligence".

Then our Intelligence Chief James Clapper announced that the Muslim Brotherhood is a "largly secular organization", with "no overarching agenda, particularly in pursuit of violence." The administration then rushed to issue a statement backtracking on Clappers comments. As the world turns.

Our "smart" foreign policy.
